Connecting Your Zoom Account

1. Go to Integrations in your Bleet dashboard
2. Click Connect Zoom
3. Authorize Bleet to access your Zoom cloud recordings
4. Once connected, Bleet will automatically receive your meeting transcripts

Requirements

• A Zoom account with cloud recording enabled
• The audio transcript option enabled in your Zoom recording settings
• Meetings must be recorded to the cloud (not locally) to generate transcripts

How It Works

1. After your Zoom meeting ends, Zoom processes the cloud recording
2. Once the transcript is ready, Zoom sends a notification to Bleet
3. Bleet downloads the transcript and adds it as a content source
4. You can then generate social media posts from the transcript

Note: Transcript processing typically takes a few minutes after a meeting ends, depending on the meeting length.

Disconnecting Zoom

To disconnect your Zoom account:

1. Go to Integrations in your Bleet dashboard
2. Click Disconnect next to Zoom
3. Your Zoom OAuth tokens will be removed from our system

Note: Disconnecting does not delete previously imported transcripts. To delete transcript content, go to Sources and delete individual items.

Voice Learning

Bleet analyzes your existing social media posts to learn your unique voice—your tone, phrasing patterns, emoji usage, and content preferences. This ensures generated posts sound authentically like you, not generic AI.

Post Generation

Once you have content sources, click Generate Posts to create suggestions. Bleet will:

• Extract key insights and talking points from your content
• Generate multiple post variations in your voice
• Score each post for quality and authenticity
• Present the best options for your review

Review & Edit

Every generated post can be edited before publishing. Nothing is ever posted without your explicit approval. Use the thumbs up/down buttons to help Bleet learn your preferences over time.

Adding to Queue

When you approve a post, you can either post it immediately or add it to your queue. Queued posts are published automatically at your configured intervals.

Posting Schedule

Configure how often posts are published from your queue in Settings:

• Every 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 6 hours, or 24 hours
• Posts are spaced naturally to avoid looking automated
• You can pause, edit, or delete queued posts at any time

Managing Integrations

Connect and disconnect social accounts and transcript providers from the Integrations page. You can revoke access at any time without affecting your existing content.

Delete your account and all associated data from Settings. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
